Our Services - Glass Reinforced Pipe

This product is a method of completely relining sanitary sewer and stormwater pipe / culverts using a thermosetting, resin-impregnated flexible tube that is inflated and cured with hot water or steam. During research and development, Tri-State Utilities has worked closely with Applied Felts to deliver fiberglass strength with traditional felt liner installation methods. This exclusive technology fully integrates and blends the unique properties of each, providing the strongest, most robust liner on the market today.

With GRP, there is no learning curve. GRP performs and installs like our non-reinforced liners with the same methods and operations that Tri-State Utilities has used for years. GRP is impregnated on the same roller beds, using the same vacuums, and can be installed with the same equipment and techniques. The blend of fiberglass and felt does add some benefits to improve value. And in the end, customers are delivered a quality, custom-made finished liner that will stand the test of time.
