At the CIPP Corp. Annual Installers Meeting held in February 2011, Tri-State Utilities was honored for our efforts. We have reached our 1,000,000 feet of cured in place liner (installed) milestone. Tri-State was also awarded the Project of the Year Award for our Henrico County Route 5 project, and brought home the Installer of the Year award as well. CIPP Corp. (formed in 1996) is a co-op of lining contractors who have the advantage of corporate buying power and knowledge, but operate regionally as independent lining contractors.

Tri-State Utilities is working on the Strawberry Hill project in Western Henrico County with G. L. Howard Contractors of Rockville VA. The project (engineered by Tracy Fee at URS) consists of the replacement and rehabilitation of an aging 8” sanitary sewer, in residential neighborhoods.
